  1. Great post! The benefits of yoga are still unknown to many people. Different types of yoga have different effect on our health. However, it is important to understand the yoga basics so that the practitioner can perform the asanas perfectly and experience the benefits of yoga.

    Yoga is so instrumental a practice, especially to decrease stress and clear the body of toxins, things that are important in our culture especially. While I have done and like Bikrams, I highly recommend really researching what kind of yoga works for you based on what you need–athleticism, peace, transformation, all are possible.
