Finding Out The Truth Of The Universe By Recreating The Big Bang — Bringing Creation and Evolution Together – by Catherine Morgan.

I have always been interested in science, particularly in Quantum Physics. So, this story is extremely exciting to me. In just a few months, we may soon understand exactly how the universe began. I have put together several articles and videos that I think you will find very interesting, and I will continue to update this post as new information becomes available. This is the largest and most expensive experiment ever to be done, and the information here does not require you to be a scientist to understand. I hope you find it as interesting and exciting as I do.

ATLAS is a particle physics experiment that will explore the fundamental nature of matter and the basic forces that shape our universe. The ATLAS detector will search for new discoveries in the head on collisions of protons of extraordinarily high energy. ATLAS is one of the largest collaborative efforts ever attempted in the physical sciences. There are 1800 physicists (Including 400 students) participating from more than 150 universities and laboratories in 35 countries. Part One:

What would be the benefit of discovering these new objects to our lives ? We do not know. The idea of finding out more about the physical world is just to deepen our knowledge. Roentgen did not know whether he was doing anything good when he played with vacuum tubes, but as soon as he saw his newly-discovered x rays were able to provide an image of the structure of thick objects, an application was instantly found: a arm bone was fixed after x-raying it just months after the discovery. With supersymmetric particles it might be harder to find an easy application, but science cannot stop… — read full post

  2. “perhaps even discover extra dimensions to space-time”

Let me know if they discover a dimension where I can get paid to play video games and make blog entries. I will go pack my bags just in case.

Also, give me a heads up if they find a dimension where my wife doesn’t mind picking my dirty socks and underwear off the bathroom floor. She hates that in this dimension. But sixth dimension wife might not mind so much. 🙂

  3. You’re a funny guy…..you might not be such a funny guy in the sixth dimension….you could end up being “boring guy”. Only kidding, I’m sure you would be a funny guy in any dimension. 🙂

  4. “you might not be such a funny guy in the sixth dimension..you could end up being “boring guy”.”

Yeah, but you should see twelfth dimension me…he is crazy. Put him together with sixth dimension me and you have the makings of a great buddy comedy. Like Tango and Cash, or Thelma and Louise, or those Owen Wilson Jackie Chan movies. Well maybe not those.

Through in tenth dimension you…..and you’ll have The Three Stooges.

  6. Heck, he might even be Jewish too! Although I am holding out for the dimension where I have three heads, all Jewish, and capable of withstanding great amounts of pain. Only then will I have the three stooges- in an updated and relevant version to boot.

  7. Sounds like a plan to me.

I would like to obtain a copy of Peter Higgs’ video explaining the HIggs Boson.

    Any chance of that??

The LHC was built to collide two counter rotating beams of protons or heavy ions in an attempt to recreate the first millionths of a second of creation. Catherine Morgan wrote a great summary of the LHC project with several helpful videos at Finding Out The Truth Of The Universe By Recreating The Big Bang. […]
